The transformation of Marlou Arizala, popularly known as "MARLOU", is as nothing as surprising to what Bibi Gandanghari, Jake Zyrus and Caitlyn Jenner are today except his transformation has nothing to do with gender. He is not a transgender by the way. Marlou is Arci Muñoz male version who told the world that her new look is none of the world's business. Is Marlou ready to face the world with a new look named Xander Ford? What's next for Xander?

Before undergoing nose lift and chin augmentation surgeries, Marlou Arizala rose to fame as a Hasht5 member in 2015. Obviously, there were other four members of the boy band parody but Marlou went solo after their videos went viral. Marlou managed to gain fame as a social media personality despite having negative reactions from netizens who poked fun of their looks and accused them of being rugby boys when the Hasht5 were still Hasht5. When their hygiene is being questioned in the cyber space, Marlou and his friends would reply them with laughter. For them, the issue was as senseless as their hygiene. Perhaps until now, their hygiene is still a mystery to others.

Every face matters anywhere even on television or the internet. Marlou seemed to take this matter into a deeper consideration before his nose, lips and chin were amazingly and thankfully repaired.
