Dua Lipa's "New Rules" hits No. 1

Dua Lipa‘s “New Rules” climbed all the way to No. 1 this week, hitting the top of the U.K. Official Singles Chart—and becoming the first solo female artist who nabbed the top spot since Adele‘s “Hello” back in October 2015.

“New Rules” marks Lipa’s first No. 1 single, following two previous Top 10 singles - “No Lie” and “Be the One”.

Lipa thanked her fans for downloading, streaming and purchasing the song, which helped propel it all the way up.
